At BabySoftie, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, we may ask for photos or videos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Lost Orders
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and international shipping, we do not require customers to return products to receive support for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The customer changes their mind after the item has been shipped.
- The customer ordered the wrong item.
- The item was delivered successfully and is functioning as intended.
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
